Lost or Stolen Packages
LUMIÈRE is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once an order has been shipped. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.

Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in perfect, unworn condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Process:
Contact us at social@lumiereclothing.co with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Exclusions:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or damaged items.
Limited-edition or final-sale items are not eligible for return.
